Setting up automatic restore points

Hi, can I set up vista to automatically create restore points to the HDD after a defined period of time?

I've fixed a laptop and wanto ensure that there are restore points in place incase something similar happens in future.

If you go to your task scheduler (type it into the search on the start menu) and then click on the Task Scheduler Library on the left hand pane to extend the menu. Then click Microsoft so it expands then Windows so it exapnd also. Look for the System Restore tab. Click then it places all the settings into main box.
You can edit the settings by clicking properties on the right hand pane and choosing Triggers if you want to edit the times the process starts etc.
Hope this is clear.
