We seem to have a problem in reducing pictures so we can send them easily with e-mails. With XP the pictures were automatically reduced from around 600kb to around 55kb but not with Vista. Using Vista to make the pictures smaller does reduce them slightly but not nearly enough, then when they have been reduced and theoretically attached to an e-mail we cannot find them at all. Must be lost in the system somewhere.

Can anybody help us with this problem?

Re-size them using the Paint programme included with Vista, but if you want a free vista compatible (it is I know it doesn't say so but i'm using it and it works fine) click here

Just choose the photo package (registeration is free) and off you go.
