problems with 64 Bit laptop

  Brushman 08:28 31 Mar 11

I purchased a 64 bit laptop recently, and it seemed to operate on both Internet Explorer 32bit and Internet explorer 64 bit. recently however i am unable to connect to the 32 bit Internet Explorer, and am unable to get into my Yahoo Messenger account. I would appreciate any advice that may be offered

you say you cannot get into the 32bit version of IE , have you lost the icon(shortcut) or maybe its corrupted.
have you tried navigating to the 32 bit iexplore.exe to activate the program directly?
if not ,go to start/computer/local disc(C)/program files(x86)/internet explorer ,
then try iexplore.exe directly ,if it works then simply delete your old link and create a new shortcut by right clicking the good iexplore.exe and select send to-desktop .it will create a new icon on your desktop .
