Problem Installing Win7 64 bit

Hi

I currently use Win XP but wish to install Win7 64 bit. I currently have 3 internal hard disks which I am going to reformat before partitioning & using 1 of these for the Win 7 installation and the other 2 for photo's etc.

I know I have to do a fresh install. However, I have set the boot priority to CD-Rom first & second but I continually get an error of "Boot disk failure, please insert a system disk then press enter".

I havetried opening the 64 bit Win7 DVD from XP but it wont let me.

Please could someone assist me in overcoming this problem.

Thanks
