Do powertoys such as Tweek ui work on Vista ?

I don't think so, but you can use TweakVI on Vista

The only one I have got to work is Wallpaper Changer but you have to run it in compatibilty mode for XP Service Pack 2

Tried the software from the link supplied by Sea Urchin above and it continualy nags you to subscribe (as in pay for) an upgrade.
Me thinks tis a scam.

I suspect you have downloaded from the wrong place - confusingly there are at least 3 download buttons on that page, and it should be the blue download button with the arrow, just under "The New Era Has Arrived".

I've had TweakVI for six months now, and it's certainly never prompted me to upgrade.
