Password screen on Windows 8.1

I've just taken the option of upgrading from Windows 8 to 8.1 and have obviously missed something when installing because I wasn't aware of putting a password in to allow access to the main opening screen but it's asking for one. How can I delete a password so that anyone, (including me!) can get into the main screen? Thank you once again in anticipation!

If you are certain that you did not enter a password then pressing Enter should get you signed in. You can automatically sign in by following this procedure

If you are still stuck then try booting into Safe Mode and using the Administrator account to get you in, you should then be able to change the password on your existing account or if not that then create a new User for yourself with no password entered.
