Windows 8.1 Scan had blue screens saying kernel memory error or something repeatedly but not so much that it stops me from using the laptop. did a Sfc.exe scannow and got unfixed result. Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them. Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. Note that logging is currently not supported in offline servicing scenarios.

What shall i do?

Does Device manager show any errors? On the desktop right click the start icon bottom left and select device manager. From there you can also select event viewer and if not selected click on 'Event Viewer Local'. Under 'summary of admin events' see if you have 'critical' errors. Select the '+' sign to expand and then double click what is showing. You should get some info under the general tab and the error codes.
