Nede programm to identify System components

I have an iE5 Intel computer with 4gig of memory, and would like to up-grade to 12 gig. I have used the crucial scanner but I remember that I used to have a program that scanned the whole computer. It told you what hard drives were in it and how full they were, and what memory and chip you had also the motherboard etc. But alas I no longer have it and cant remember what it was called, so I could download it again. Can any of you remember what the program was called, I am sure it was a free one.
