Hey, everyone. I recently bought a Windows 7 disk and I wanna install it. I also found out that Windows 7 has some system requirements, and I wonder can my computer run Windows 7 properly. Here are my system specs:

Current operating system: Microsoft Windows XP Professional Service Pack 3 (Build 2600) RAM: 1024 megabytes (1 GB) (DDR) Processor: Intel Pentium 4 Processor speed: 2792.83 MHz (2.8 GHz) Display Device: NVIDIA GeForce FX 5600 (256 megabytes) C: Free space: 6,51 GB D: Free space: 43,7 GB

So, is my computer compatible with Windows 7?

Run the Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor tool. Your ram will need to be upped I think to at the least 2 gig. More if possible.

See how it goes with the advisor tool.

You'll need a lot more free space on C too.
