looking for a gadget

Has anyone stumbled across a sidebar gadget that monitors internet usage? I can't find one on the Microsoft site but perhaps I'm not looking hard enough. I'm just going over to a new tariff that has a data cap and I want to keep an eye on my use.

I haven't used it myself, so normal caveats apply. It sounds as though it might fit the bill.

Nice one, although I do not want one that's a good spot.
