When i do click on a link I get the following message "this operation has been canceled due to the restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administator" I am the system administator? Also I have not been able to update Office 2003 & some other updates. Any help would be appreciated. Regards Bob.

See MS Support. For lack of updates try office repair.
