It is an interesting list. The "cease to function" or "reduced functionality" list is widely reported inaccurately.

This link sets it out click here and as can be see the real message is ensure you have the latest version which is Vista compliant installed which will work with SP1.

From hands on configuration, that even with the "pulled" patch correctly installed, that 2 of the apps on the list do not work with SP1 at all.

One of them (Trend Micro Products 07 / 08) Despite a published update, cause system failure. As far as the hardware section is concerned, I've yet to have any major problems, but although my home machines are patched and ready....I'm waiting to see what else I can crash in the workshop before updating at home.

Well i for one will not download sp1 till i'm sure its ok, if the past pre releases are anything to go by
