Hi, I'm running Windows 7 and have Incredimail installed. A friend haas been trying to send me a file of photos but it won't arrive in my inbox and tells my friend that it can't be delivered because it's too large! Is there a way to increase the capacity that I can receive into my inbox please? If anyone has any advice please use simple terms as I'm not tech minded! Thank you!

The size of your inbox is controlled by your ISP or email company so contact them.

A better way is for your friend to use a service like

www.transferbigfiles.com

There are several others out there if you just try and google "email large files".

Why not just send several emails, instead of putting all the photos in one.

Have you got Dropbox? You can share stuff easily then.

He needs also to reduce size of photos to bout 800 pixels
