How to deal with the 'Critical Process Died' error

  sirwin 11:49 15 Aug 15

We have just upgraded to Windows 10 and every time we log in we get the CRITICALPROCESSDIED message, and the PC shuts down and restarts. Can we stop this happening, and if so, how? Thanks, Stephen.

Start and stop the computer by pressing down on the Start button. Eventually it will start with different ways of fixing your computer. Just choose the one that you think will work.

Keep trying different methods till you get one that will start the computer normally.

Maybe try CMD first and type sfc /scannow and see if it finds any problems and fixes them. System restore might work if you have a restore point.
