High CPU usage, spikes, and phys. memory problems (?)

I've got an interesting situation that I can't seem to find or replicate online.

click here you will see a few snapshots (taken no more than a minute apart) of task manager while I'm on (practically) idle.

My CPU usage shoots up and down fairly quickly and I can't find the source of the problem. I've got an AMD FX 6200 processor and I've only recently gotten this problem.

Before I go on, I haven't checked inside the tower yet. I've used Speccy to check my heat levels and they didn't seem unreasonably high. However, I will check this weekend to see if dust is the problem.

I've used Webroot, my firewall, Malewarebytes and CCleaner in an attempt to find any problems lurking around but haven't found anything.

A fair amount of usage comes from "Windows Problem Reporting" yet I get no messages nor do I feel it does anything of use.

On a side note, my memory usage also seems to linearly go up as the day goes on. As I'm writing this it's on 72%. I've got 10GB DDR3 yet in use is 7 at the moment.

Any help is appreciated.
