I have a Toshiba with Windows 10. My internet goes down when I am working on it and then I get the message...explorer.exe...Element Not Found. My settings also goes down. I have McAfee. I ran a scan and it showed everything to be fine. I couldn't get it up all day yesterday...I shut down several times. This morning it is working. This is my work computer and I am losing business. Please help!!!

Thank you so much. Problem #2. I am the owner of this laptop; however, I do not have administrative rights. How do I obtain administrative rights?

See Option Three on click here

  1. Open the Start menu, and type cmd to open the search box. (see screenshot on the page I linked to)

  2. When Command Prompt shows up in the search results, right click or press and hold on it, then click/tap on Run as administrator.
