OK - we have downloaded 50Meg fo Dreamscene content from Ultimate Extras - now what?

Not even listed anywhere on Vista help pages!

Right-click on your desktop, pick Personalize (sic), click on Desktop Background. From the drop-down menu, choose Windows Dreamscenes and choose your preferred moving wallpaper. Beware, though, the clips crash for me, squawking about difficulty in decoding the clip! I think they're a bit gimmicky but a nice idea.
