The last couple of days my computer with Vista Basic on has said that the following file is missing when i boot up ckqeeuqe.dll.
Does anybody know what it is and how i can stop this from happening.

Thank you

Have you tried running SFC \Scannow.
various web sites offer free download of dll's but use macafee advisor to filter the safe sites, I tried a few for you but none had your dll.
run a repair from vista dvd

You should scan for spyware to be on the safe side. That's not a system .dll - if you already have something installed that's better than Windows Defender (not a very high bar) it may have removed an infection and left its startup entry behind, giving you that error.
If you don't have anything other than Windows Defender get this; click here
