hi guys

can some one plz help me

i was sorting some stuff on my acer laptop which has vista basic onit

the thing is it has 2 h/drives

1st is the c:

2nd is D: which musta been the recovery console which i begain to format by mistake when i reilized wat i had done i press cancel but it was to late


is there any way i can get the files bk ????plzplzplz

Not sure how good this is.
It's free to use,in as much as it will show you what you can retrieve.If it finds the lost files you want,then it's about £20.00 to buy,which enables you to get the files back that it can see.
You could always google for 'free data recovery' and see what you can find.

I don't think that you have much chance of getting it back in working order. Didn't you make a Recovery Disk when you first got your laptop?

Probably be better getting in touch with ACER and asking there customer support department to help with recovery DVDs/CDs. They should be obliged to help if you give them all the necessary info; model name, purchase date, serial number, Windows Product Key etc..
