can i dual boot from upgrade version?

I want to dual boot my computer, keeping my vista on drive C and putting W7 on my second Hard drive. Im pretty sure i can do this with the full version of windows 7, but can i do this if i buy the upgrade version?

Yes you can, I mean yes i did. four members of staff in pc world told me i couldn't do it, but i tried it anyway and it worked.
