Belkin network card

I have a belkin F5d7001 version2 wireless G+ network card. i have installed it exactly as instructed by the instructions, but vista wont install the drivers for said card.
i have spoken to Belkin tech support who told me to download the latest drivers, which i have done but windows still will not install them all it says is(windows could not find driver software) any help please.

Try deleting the Network Card in Device Manager. Then select Re-install and see if it finds the drivers. It may be useful to write the drivers to a CD or a USB stick and when Vista asks for them point it to the CD or USB stick.

Have you updated to Vista SP1? If you have you may need an SP1 verified driver.

no problems got a netgear instead.
Belkin tech support were poo.
