20 bags of leaves (collected last autumn)...

...are now in 5x40litre plastic bags.[with holes to let the air in.]

I have taken out all of the twigs and plastic from my collection of rotted down leaves.

Any suggestions?

I know I shouldn't wonder, but... why would someone collect 20 bags of them last Autumn if didn't know what to do with the resultant leaf mould.

If it is sufficiently rotted now, then dig it into the ground. Leaf mould is essentially a soil conditioner. ClickHere
