Could it be there is a worry that Sadr will be playing a waiting game to see if by calling off his armed followers and the country calms down. This in turn will cause the coalition forces to decide it has calmed down enough to exit the country, and leave a power vaccum which Sadr will rush to fill. Only if the president of Iran does not beat him to it! There again, if Arjiminad ( I think that is how you spell it) does go in and take over Iraq, at least he can drop his nuclear power program with all the oil he will inherit. :)
