Television Channels - Satellite

Does anyone know what Satellite ITV channels are on please? Also Channel 4 and 5.

I have a Motorised Satellite System with a Free-to-Air Digibox.

If I go to Astra 2 I can find all the BBC channels but not ITV, Ch4 or 5.

I tried Astra 1 but they are not on that one and nor are they on Hotbird.

You'll find them all click here and you couldn't find them all on Astra 2 because some may be on the co-located Eurobird at 28.5 (Astra 2 and Eurobird are received on the same dish settings).

If you mean you have a Sky Digibox used for FTA then you will have additional problems. All BBC are shown on the EPG (Regional are in the late 900's channel slots). However ITV's regional offerings aren't shown, even though they are broadcast. You will need to go and set then up as extra channels and tune to them manually rather than through the EPG. Even then I believe C4 and Five are FTV (ie free to view) but not FTA (ie free to air) and you still need a Sky card for them.

If you don't have a Sky Digibox, but some other receiver, you may need to know all the setup parameters.

Best guide I know of on-line is Lyngsat

No, it is not Sky.

I don't want anything to do with Sky.

This is a standalone FTA digibox on a motorised system so that I can move the dish around between about 18 satellites.

DieSse, your link just gave me an option to buy a program to clear all the infections I have on my PC?

I also clicked that link. The page opens for a second and then is auto-redirected to that dodgy site offered.

It's called XPANTIVIRUS.

Best not to click DieSse's link at all!

I clicked on DieSse's link and there was no problem. Perhaps the site had been hijacked.

Lyngsat is a perfectly respectable site used by loads of sat professionals. It works fine for me - perhaps they have a pop-up though - have you got a pop-up blocker?

Looks like they might have the same issue that this guy had click here I will tell them.
