Spring cleaning your PC

Just given my home PC a spring clean.
I was however amazed by the amount of dust in the heatsink & fan, around the graphics card, but now all clean.

I was however concerned with the build up of dust, is it possible to add some sort of filters that will not effect the cooling but limit the dust?

It's not something I have come across at work as all our servers are in a dust free environment.

My PC has a clear panel to show off its watercooled innards and that encourages me to clean out the dust and cat hair fairly regularly.

Why do you put your cat inside your PC?

  tullie 16:54 19 Feb 07

Maybe when she copies documents, she uses a cat scan?

*chortle* She did try and get inside it when we were resetting the CMOS.
