Nothing new, been around for ages, they just keep altering the date, and making minor adjustments to the script. If you look, you may find that it suppose to originate from PayPal USA,( the email address is usually incorrect also), and not PayPal UK, who service UK accounts.PayPal are aware of this type of email scam. Don't do anything with it,just delete it.
