The interface is faster but the drives are still only running at 7200rpm, so they won't make a huge difference if you fit them and you will need a suitable motherboard with SATA2 support. I'll be sticking with my WD Raptors for now.

what is the average media read on this disc's compared to sata one. I feel that this is the best measurement for performance.
