The recent Scottish court ruling that Kwik-Fit has a case to answer over its mechanics listening to copyright music on their radios has left me very disturbed. click here
Seeing that the broadcasters pay for copyrighted content they put out on the airwaves, how else are they going to provide a service to a listening public? I feel it's about time the copyright law was reviewed to take into account such services, don't you? TC.

I fail to see how it is an offence for other people to hear the music, when all they have to do is switch on a radio themselves to hear it.
