I followed Matt Egan's link on thread http://www.pcadvisor.co.uk/forums/1/tech-helproom/4165186/monitor-display-with-dvi-cable/

Is this some new service that you can email direct to [email protected] for bespoke advice (as opposed to posting a thread on forum)? It's first time I've come across it.

"Visit Windows 7 Advisor for more Windows advice. Or email our Helproom Editor for bespoke advice."

I think they are referring to bespoke advice via the helproom pages in the magazine!

Off subject, but some magazines offer extra advice services by extra membership subscription rates.

The problem with asking for advice direct in a magazine, is if your question is ever selected for publication. If its not, then a forum like this might be the only fast gain avenue?.

Flak999, I never thought of that. That would explain it, Help via magazine not Forum.

"I think they are referring to bespoke advice via the helproom pages in the magazine!"

That's exactly what we're referring to.

You can write to us with a problem, and if it's selected for publication we'll answer it via the Helproom section in the magazine.
