I am of the opinion the suspects will not be handed over to India as they may mention involvement with the ISI.

I was expecting the suspects to be killed in some sort of cover up during arrest but this never happened. Perhaps I am wrong and the ISI were not involved.

whats your view, could this escalate, it must be tempting for the extremists to hit india again to try and force a confrontation at the borders to divert troops from the afghan border.

Not a PC answer ---- but both countries have an 'British Empire' setup judicial system that is quite effective and well run. I think that anyone arrested under either system will be dealt with fairly.

I think india is OK, but pakistan has been in the news a lot re lawyers being locked up and other waiting trial for several years etc.

as you say both ex colonial countries since 1947 so both should have a good system build on the english one.
