I reckon it's a move in the right direction if it means we will see the demise of those pesky inflated charges.

As an aside, don't you think it appropriate that all MI6 numbers should start with 007? :o)) TC.

The way I read this is that those using the `expensive` numbers are not forced to change thus leaving the risk of overcharging present. Is it the way I read it or is this so?
