Example of misguided reporting #564:

"The glitch meant accounts, addresses and bills could be easily accessed, putting millions of mobile users at the mercy of hackers."

Surely it meant to say "identity theft". I fail to see how a "hacker", or a cracker or whatever you like to call them, would find that useful.
