I'm on NTL 2mb BB at the moment £24.99 per month.

Checked on the NTL site and found I could have up to 4mb for the same price.

Just been told by NTL that from the 1st July I will be upgraded to 4mb.

Good news! But I'll believe it when I see it.

I've just received my bill and according to that it should be upgraded to 4MB on 14 June because that's when they are billing me from. My location is east London by the way.

I was talking to some off NTL's people last week they were checking the service in the area and they reckoned that everybody who is on 2mb will be upgraded to 8/10mb by the end of July.

Fingers crossed, but done hold breath.

I'll check Wednesday if I've been upgraded.
