This is the first I have seen on the new improved version of the "419" scam. Hopefully it will make others aware.

A friend was selling 2 of his cars on AutoTrader and attempts were made to scam him in the way described.

It was receiving the same email to all intents and purposes in respect of each car from different senders in 4 hours that sort of triggered the warning signs.
