As per usual, any excuse can be a reason for price increases without real justification, and again the power utility companies have jump on the 'we are struggling' band waggon.

As previously mentioned, the pipeline owner have stated that this 'minor problem' shouldn't interrupt or interfere with supplies,especially here in the UK, yet the UK power provider marketeers seems to think differently.

Its about time the UK appointed Watchdogs started to investigate, and perhaps acted in the interest of the public.

It is a lack of storage that is the problem and we will not see cheaper costs until this is sorted out. We buy from abroad and excess is sent back abroad for storage. Supply and Demand is always the key to cost. Bring on Nuclear Energy!
