Permission to moan ?

I sent an email to ntl on the 16th of this month to ask a question about the b/b modem, on the 18th I got an automated reply saying they would reply within 24hrs, This is the 22nd... still waiting.
Because of a hearing disability telephone is not always an option.

Send them another e-mail, explain the position and request reply by e-mail.

Too many companies 'hide' behind a telephone and ignore genuine reasons why customers don't want to, or cannot, use the 'phone.

Don't pin your hopes on email only.

The likelihood of a reply seems to be in inverse proportion to the size of the company.
