Intel has been fined a staggering £900million for a marketing ploy that locked out rivals and effectively put up the cost of home computers.

I still do. They may be `slower` than Intel, but they are also cheaper and for my needs are adequate.

BTW, I too prefer AMD chips for their robustness.
