I know that the beta has been released to developers but does anyone have any idea when it will be avaiable to the rest of us.

I'd like to have a look at it. Is anyone running it already if so what do you think. How does it compare to firefox and the other browsers that are about.

I have recently read that beta 2 will be out before the end of the year but have not seen a full release date.

I have been using beta 1 since its release - I can find no real problems with it - the tabbed browsing is good.

I personally can't wait to try it out but I will still be keeping Firefox though for the occasional trouble that I have with certain websites.

and I think that Microsoft will make it available for public download then. I could be wrong, so don't hold your breath.
