Good Evening All

The final one tonight will be more difficult. These are FIVE GENUINE UNIDENTIFIED POSTCARDS which Fran has just acquired in amongst a lot she has just bought. All are unposted and the plain backs carry only the British publisher’s name * Jerome Ltd* and the numerals 6 -61 or even 19-9.

I think we can safely say they are Scandinavian but that’s as far as I can go.

I'm turning in now Folks, G'Night All.

A Norwegian feel about them

  john bunyan 08:24 22 Feb 14

Not only a feel, but the fourth one looks like a Norwegian flag.

  john bunyan 08:34 22 Feb 14

On second thoughts the flag could be Icelandic

  john bunyan 08:40 22 Feb 14

Could the flag one be Eyjafjördur? Iceland

Yours is a hit, so Norway seems the favourite, as Woolwell suggests too .

No, I have been to Norway, Iceland Denmark and ,once, to Sweden, but not enough to know the more obscure places. Scouring Fjord photos, but need to go off and do some DIY soon.

I think that road is off the road between Oslo and Bergen. There is a good ski resort at Geilo , I think. Only once been on the Oslo - Bergen road, a spectacular ride.
