As has been pointed out, it isnt just illegal downloaders in question here.

And i didnt pay a private massive profit making company so i could spend my time being lied to, and being concerned about other's broadband usage.

I happen to agree with their reasons for imposing limits, (but then im not really a downloader), but they shouldnt advertise limitless download ability.

If they were more honest, there'd be no need for small print, but that wouldnt make for very "sexy" advertising, would it...
