Headlight "glass" is glazed

I thought the cloudy look of my headlights was dirt inside (the inner wings are very damaged). But when I was having the car washed, it was pointed out that it was crazing of the lens.

Is there a cure other than replace the "glass"?

Car is 7 year-old Citroen C3

How much do new lenses cost or are they not available.

What make, model, year etc is the car.

Just trying to remove water from the C3 head light is hard enough so I would say. No cure just replace. After looking on ebay CLICK HERE it was just as cheap to buy new. Just remember to check you order the correct ones.

Try polishing the lens with toothpaste first.

You might just get enough of a deep polish to avoid replacing the light units.

I used 1200 wet- dry to go over first followed by A Body Compound, as it was picked up by MOT tester last year. if it looks clear when wet the above may work its not going to make it any worse by doing the above. they are plastic not glass

It's not glass these days it's acrylic,so looks like a replacement is the order of the day.

The kit I posted the link to is for any type of plastic.
