How well do you sleep after a hard week at the office? 'Z' time is going to be an hour shorter this weekend, as BST takes over, so will worrying about that interfere with your slumbers?

Here's a few ways to really get a good sleep, but can you add further suggestions to the list that actually work for you?

we are having one of those family gathering days, when all and sundry come to visit. There'll be fifteen of us for lunch, so no extra hour in bed for me.

Well seeing as I havn't slept more than 5 hrs a night for about f weeks now and sometimes only 2 the change won't affect me at all.
