Interesting that Microsoft say it will take 2 to 4 weeks to receive a replacement cable.

I wonder if they really have the logistics in place to replace 14 million cables in the event that the majority of owners contact them? Or are they working on an uptake of a few percent.

Interesting to read the date of 23rd Oct 2003, my son has an xbox with the manufatured date of 11th October 2003 I filled in the form today and it said that it was ok and didn't need a cable
