Leighton James, a Swansea supporter, has been banned from the BBC for not supporting Cardiff City.

So much for free speech and independent thought on the BBC.

I could understand it if it was the national side.

Liverpool/Everton and Newcastle/Sunderland supporters who work for the BBC, not to mention the London clubs, had better watch what they say!

I'd say this was the offending line

BBC football pundits are supposed to be largely neutral, so for a Welsh football pundit to side with an English side is probably a smack in the face for BBC Wales...
