A classic case of horses for courses...

What Philistine painted the Lambo black. must belong to a certain Bank. You can get a nice 350Z for the price of a Fiesta.

The Lamborghini loses its Wow factor when painted black, until you hop in and drive it that is,then who would want the Fiesta if you wanted to buy a prestige car

The bigger car has a bigger turning circle.

  Quickbeam 09:45 11 Oct 10

Not necessarily, it's all down to the geometry of the steering design. There doesn't look to be a lot of difference in the length of the two wheel bases.

A black cab which has a fairly long wheelbase and what looks like a 90 degree angle of turn on the steering gear has a very tight 25' turning circle.

Also with a front wheel drive car you can fine tune the steering with your throttle control as you feel your way around the corner, with rear wheel drive you have to use brutal handbrake turn or power slide methods.

With the two cars in the comparison, one is designed to be easily controllable into tight urban parking spaces, the other is designed for straight line stability at high speed and parking becomes the problem of the parking attendant at the casino in Monte Carlo...

As for the colour of the Lamborghini I don't think the video does it justice. A high performance car with polished black finnish makes it look sleek, fast and slightly menacing I think.

matter of personal choice. Any polished black car needs to be perfectly straight with no blemishes in the metalwork as defects really show up in the reflection.

Once upon a time there was "Viral Advertising" ~~~~~~~~~~ Then it Grew up.

Now we have really "Crap Internet Advertising" using an actress who cannot even time a "wow" of pleasure without the soundtrack being tweaked!

Banal in the extreme

Its all about Acuman angle on the steering. A F1 car would not get around Monaco if this was not modified specialy just for this one race. If you used Monaco spec steering at Monza or Spa then you would probably disapear off into the bushes. A Fiesta would not be too clever at 150 mph on a autobahn.
