I did think that that it would be a topic which would generate discussion as it effects almost everyone to some degree, maybe everyone is jut pleased that it is going to now happen.

The crucial wording is hand back "automatically". I have always been able to get the money back but had to ask.

A few years ago I successfully challenged my monthly bill and had it reduced as they were working out a too high consumption over the winter. They will not have much to pay me back because I keep a close eye on my account.
