i have recently got a new pc and every time i try to copy a dvd a fault comes up, (please insert blank dvd 9 ) does anyone have any suggestions.

dvd9 is a dual layer disk, dvd5 is a standard disk. A standard disk is 4.3gb in size a dual layer disk is 8.6gb I think. Whatever you are trying to copy is I presume too large to fit on a standard disk so its asking for a dula layer one. Your DVD writer must be able to write dual layer disks for this to work anyway.
