I don't think I would want to go that fast without it being on rails or in the air. Not that I wouldn't trust the driver, more the other drivers on the road, could they cope with a vehicle that size and speed going past them?

I think it is about time monorails were installed above the central reservation of all motorways. I'm sure I read about it as a "future happening" some years ago. It was supposed to run at 150 mph or more. So far not a sign in any country...
