I often listen to [email protected] Broadband' and I am just curious as to whether anyone knows whether the streamed music can still pickup royalties for the artist or artists concerned?

Just curious as AOL offer 100 different radio stations and it sure must cost them a fortune in royaly payments if this is the case! lol

a performimg rights fee (which is distributed to the musicians concerned) based on the number of times a recording is played - listeners don't have to pay anything.
