Lets be honest NU-Labour was a con trick, the knew that they could not win the election as the labour party, so they pinched some of the tory platform and a bit of the libs, in order to attract the middle class voter. They in actual fact did not really serve anyone very well, except for the benefit class or the very rich. At least the Old Labour party was honest in its aims whether you liked them or not.
